With the PlayStation SDK Suite developer can create playstation game that can be run on any playstation certified device and PlayStation Vita system.
PS Suite SDK contain desktop application such as PC Suite Studio, PS Suite UI Composer, in addition to basic graphic and sound libraries it contains GameEngine2D, Physics2D, as well many samples and examples of games and applications.
During this beta period developers can create games and application using IDE, test & debugs them on PlayStation Vita system and PlayStation Certified devices.
During this period the use of PlayStation Suite Development Assistant is unrestricted, PlayStation Suite Development Assistant is required for validating the content before running on PlayStation Vita system and PlayStation Certified devices.
After the beta period, the use of PlayStation Suite Development Assistant will be restricted and developer will need to sign a separate contract with sony charging 99 $ per year.
