Kotaku, the popular online tech website has leaked some very interesting facts about the latest PlayStation 4 console named Orbis. The latest PlayStation 4 would feature an awesome MD x64 CPU and AMD Souther Islands GPU which can deliver resolutions upto 4096 x 2160. Talking about resolution, it falls under 4k category and displays on such resolutions are not even available in abundance. This will surely change by 2013.
Users will be able to get new titles by Blu-Ray discs or PSN downloads. Also all gaming titles will be reportedly locked with your PSN account which will put the used-game market to risk. PlayStation 4 release will finally be in mid 2013 according to this report so be prepared and no matter if the nickname Orbis sounds lame but it is going to be big name in the gaming industry that’s for sure.
Also on a technical note considering the number of times the PSN network was hacked by the infamous hacking community Anonymous it will be interesting to see how Sony will be able to convince people about the security of PSN Network if it is used as the sole mode of game tiles.
