The iOS 5 was reeleased on October 12th and with the public release being almost two months old we do not still have an Untethered Jailbreak for the latest OS. Apple later on released iOS 5.0.1 with more security and bug fixes which made Jailbreaking even more difficult.
We had earlier reported about the release of Tool Of Mass Exploitation which the Chronic Dev Team had released to find more exploits in the iOS 5 as almost every exploit found at iOS 5 which were announced at the Jailbreak fest were patched by Apple in updates. Although the Dev Team have demoed an Untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 but it is still in testing phase and we still have to wait for the Untethered Jailbreak.
