We had earlier reported about a fully functional Siri port for iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G along with the server support. The jailbreak tweak was proving to be a big success until few legal and security issues have come up lately.
The Siri files that come with an iPhone 4S are copyrighted and illegal to distribute. While Jailbreaking is something that Apple does not like but it is still legal. With H1Siri, the issues has reached copyright violation for which the developers can even be sued. While many users do not actually mind the app being illegal (some, might even consider it cool) developers such as chpwn have voiced their disappointment that jailbreaking has become about copyright violation.
As we had reported earlier, all Siri files are forwarded to the Apple Server via an unknown Proxy Server which is under the developers. While the developer are not recognized and there is nothing legal about it, it has made your personal data very vulnerable. Now each and every time when your data is sent to those proxy server it can be accessed by unreliable sources. Your emails, text messages, contacts, and personal settings are all left to the mercy of unknown hands. While we by any chance are not accusing the developers of this app for malware but we are just raising a question about security.
The app also has some serious bugs which can render your device completely useless. Some users have reported issues about Camera and Settings app being broken, random rebooting, device getting stuck at Apple logo or pineapple logo if tethered jailbroken. Some were even bricked to that extent that i-Funbox or DiskAid can’t recognize it.
Hence we recommend our users to get rid of H1Siri ASAP. This may sound disheartening for all those who have been playing with Siri on their iPhone 4 or iPod Touch 4G.

The given method should work fine with your iDevice but anyways if the problem persists you can just put your device in DFU mode, here you can know how to do that, and connect your device to iTunes and do a clean firmware installation. This would be the last possible option if nothing works.
If you are running on iOS 5 than you might have trouble retaining the version as Apple is no longer signing this firmware so you wont be able to restore to iOS 5.0 using iTunes. However you can download iFaith 1.4 and grab APTicket and iOS 5.0 SHSH blob which will enable you to restore back to iOS 5.
