Samsung as expected have become the World’s largest and biggest Smartphone seller in the world. The position was held by Apple till Samsung took over them, according to the report by Milton Keynes U.K based strategy analytics. Samsung shipped 27.8 million Smartphone’s in the last quarter of 2011 which acquired then 23.8 percent of the market. Apple holds the second place in the war with 14.6 percent of the market after shipping 17.1 million Smartphone’s i.e. iPhone. Nokia somehow managed to get the third position.
Apple with the launch of iPhone 4S were at the top position for one quarter only. Samsung who acted really smart with Android went on to launch the products demanded by the consumers. Their hardware specification and the designs of the Smartphone’s have driven them to win the top spot. On top of excellent hardware, designs and number of varieties the company kept the most important thing in mind, price. These entire factor helped Samsung to beat Apple and become the ultimate king of the market. The games not over yet, Nokia just have launched their Windows phone series. And not to forget, Apple is in the race. The game can turn around anytime.
